Dubai, UAE: Same day delivery with courier - FREE

All other UAE Emirates: Next day delivery - FREE

All international deliveries are made through DHL. All in-stock items will be shipped within 2 working days by DHL Express. For items not in stock, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for production. 

Shipping cost will be calculated automatically by our website shopping cart software. Free worldwide shipping for orders over 500 USD.

Please allow 3-5 business days for international shipments.

DHL express do not accept shipping to PO boxes. Please always double check your delivery address to be correct and include phone number (matching the code of destination) for a DHL courier to deliver your parcel. 

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, international orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that we are not responsible for. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
We are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

There can be occasional customs or delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, these unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.  

The goods are shipped with insured shipment. In case of damage during the shipment we kindly ask the you to contact our customer service team at the email address hello@adeenajewelry.com within 7 days from the delivery date. Please save all packaging, goods and invoices in order to let us verify the damage and process the claim. Our customer service team will contact you to define the procedure.

In case of damages during the shipment, we will send a new item as replacement of the damaged one. The replacement of the good will take place within 30 days from the customer warning and only after receiving the damaged item from the customer at our studio in Dubai:
